What the prototype does

The challenge
An Abu Dhabi organisation wanted to measure its centres against their KPIs, see where the gaps are and plan ahead. A platform like that is a big decision, so we made it clickable first. The decision could then rest on something real.
How we built it
We built a working prototype, not slides. It has dashboards and gap analysis across 5 centres, a KPI library with real trend forecasting, a strategy map, a scenario simulator, an audit trail and role-based views. A smart assistant answers questions in Arabic, Gulf dialect included. In the prototype, the assistant matches questions to the data with rules. Alongside it we wrote a technical and financial proposal for the full build, planned over 10 weeks.
