The challenge
Home and occasion services, from henna and décor to tailoring, majlis and car wash, run on trust. Customers need to know who is coming to the door, and providers need a simple way to register and get booked. One product had to serve both sides, in Arabic and English.
How we built it
We built a clickable prototype first, then moved into the MVP. The app is built with Expo (React Native), with a Next.js website beside it. Providers are licence-checked, and members carry a Member Pass. Automated tests walk the full journeys: the customer journey passes 22 of 22 checks, the provider journey 44 of 44.
