Each entry carries the fingerprint of the one before it, so nothing can be changed quietly.
Pusula is internal software behind a staff login, so we show no screenshots.
The challenge
Medical tourism puts many people around one patient. Eleven staff roles needed one shared system where each role sees only what it should, every change can be traced, and doctors never see prices.
How we built it
We put the rules in the database, not only on the screens: 133 row-level security policies and 61 permissions across 11 roles. Changes are written to a hash-chained, append-only audit log. A reprice engine keeps prices out of the doctors' view. Patient care passes along a nursing custody chain, and staff confirm they are on site with a GPS-verified check-in.
